On May 2, 1989, Newey Industries Corporation was established and subsequently approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission as per SEC Registration No. 162963 dated April 28,1989.
The primary objective of the Corporation is to engage directly in the importation, indenting, manufacturers’ representation of foreign and domestic chemical producers and trading and catering to various industries for industrial bulk chemicals. Its secondary purpose is to engage in the export possibilities of local products.
Newey Industries Corporation is continuously seeking to provide adequate supply of quality and reasonable priced chemicals from different parts of the world, to be able to maintain good relation as a trading partner. |
